Our team comprises of trained, skilled and experienced experts who have worked at various construction and building sectors in Kenya, for years and bring years of experience in the field. We also network with reputable firms.
The Staff, unified by a collaborative culture that fosters integrity, are joined together from various disciplines to provide seamless services to our clients and to pass on the benefits of scale and access to resources that this organization can generate.
Our multi-dimensional capabilities and collaborative culture enables a 360-degree approach that helps us deliver more comprehensive solutions and greater value to our clients.
Our team mostly built up of young individuals who are ready to face the challenges in building construction industry and supplies, with the vast experience gained in this field after working with some other reputable firms and handling big projects, we ensure and guarantee timely delivery of projects.
The team is comprised of the following:-
a) Directors
- Collins Onyango
- Maureen Agnes Oyoko
b) Team Leaders
It is comprises of two individuals who have been in the field for 8 years and have handle and manage projects of small cost to larger and expensive magnitude and they are the driving force behind Alco Contractors. Their duties are daily running of the organization
i.e. project estimations; advice to clients, over seeing that the projects are completed at the right time etc.
- Martin Ochieng – Project Manager Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Jacob O. Nyamul – Accountant CPA (K)
c) Team Assistants
This includes site manager, draftsman and interior designer and their duties are normally assigned to them by the team leaders they are in forefront to make sure that the end product of our project are of reputable finish and standard
They are: —
- Etrian Muroka – Site Manager Diploma in Civil Enpineerinp
- Patrick Makau – Draftsman Diploma in Architecture
- Assisting Team
These team is comprises of skilled masons, carpenters, electricians, welders, plumbers, tillers and assisting labourers this is the team which normally makes sure that we come out with projects of admirable finishes and that we remain in competitive building and construction industry.
They include: –
- Jonathan Kea – Site Foreman Certificate in Masonry
- Philip Mukoa – Senior Carpenter Certificate in Carpentry Works
- William Kazungu – Electrician Certificate in Electrical Installation
- Rufus Kea – Senior Welder Certificate in Welding and Fabrication
- Milton Akacha – Senior Plumber Trained Plumber
- John Odhiambo – Site Foreman Trained Painter
With the above team we have managed to work and complete to satisfaction various projects in Kenya
Alco Contractors Limited is a registered company under the Government of Kenya Law to carry out building and construction business. The company is built up of young energetic individuals who are ready to face any challenges in the construction industry from negotiated bid work to competitive hard bid work. Our construction team can lead any project from concept to completion.
